The strength, stability, and longevity of our church would not be possible without the selfless service of countless volunteers. Three key groups help guide the vision and direction here at Elm Grove.
Our Church Council represents all areas of ministry and serves as the group through which ministry direction is set. The Council's main responsibilities include planning, coordinating, conducting, and evaluating the various ministries of the church, along with setting goals for each upcoming church year.
Elm Grove is blessed with a group of Deacons whose one objective is clear: serve the church. They do so by offering biblical guidance and advice to the pastor and staff, serving the physical and spiritual needs of the people, protecting the unity and harmony of the church body, and planning, preparing, and serving the Lord's supper on a regular basis.
From the annual church budget to the maintenance and expansion of church property, our trustees have a vital role at Elm Grove. Thanks to their tireless work, Elm Grove is recognized as a 501(c)(3) non-profit institution by the state of Kentucky, providing legal and liability protection for church members.
